Utilize Both Sides of the Business Card
Not everyone realizes it but both sides of a business card can be used. Traditionally only the front side of a business card is used but why not use the back side as well? There is nothing against using both sides of the business card. There are no rules against using the back side either. So why not give it a whirl?
If you are running a business, make sure all of the business cards used by you and your employees have something of substance printed on the backside of the cards. On the front of the card put three simple letters at the bottom of the card, P.T.O. This stands for Please Turn Over. When a client reads the letters P.T.O. they know that there is more information on the backside of the business card and will continue to read what you have provided.
What can you print on the reverse side of the business card? Anything you think is pertinent to your business and retaining as many clients as possible. The information can include company statistics, important facts about the company, special offers and any other information that will help to sell your company or product that your company offers to the public.
Some nontraditional items to print on the back of the business card can include a tiny survey that can be redeemed for a free gift, a coupon for one of your company’s products, a URL to a special webpage targeting recipients of business cards or a punch card for returning customers.
